I. Introduction

Welcome to InBetween, a mobile-first social gaming app focused on popular card games, similar to poker. 

This "Terms of Service constitutes a legally binding contract between you and All-in Synergy, Innovations and Integrations 88 Technologies Inc., the provider of the Game's Service

The Game combines competitive play with social interaction and a virtual coin economy. By accessing or using InBetween, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).  

II. Eligibility

1. You must be at least 18 years old to play.

2. If under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.

3. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

III. Account Registration & Authentication

1. You may log in using third-party authentication services:

a. Facebook

b. Google

c. Apple Account

2. By using these services, you authorize InBetween to access limited account information (e.g., name, email, location, birthday) as permitted by the provider.

3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share or sell your account.

IV. Limitations of Game Account Usage

To ensure fair play and protect all users, the following rules apply:

1. Ownership & Usage Rights

a. Game accounts are owned by All-in Synergy, Innovations and Integrations 88 Technologies Inc.. You are granted limited rights to use them under these Terms.

b. You may not share, transfer, lease, or lend your account for commercial purposes (e.g., streaming, coaching, or recording). Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, deletion of your account and data, or permanent bans.

2. Guest Accounts

a. Purchases may not be available when using a guest account.

b. If you uninstall/reinstall the Game, switch devices, or your device is damaged, guest account data may be permanently lost and cannot be recovered. You are fully responsible for any losses.

3. Third-Party Accounts

a. If you link your account through Facebook, Google, or Apple, you must also follow their terms and policies.

b. Any issues with those accounts (e.g., theft or misuse) must be resolved directly with the provider. The Game may assist at its discretion.

4. Authentication & Security

a. The Game may verify registration details and apply technical measures to protect accounts.

b. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. If your account is stolen or misused due to negligence, you are liable for any resulting damages.

c. If unauthorized use occurs, you must promptly notify All-in Synergy, Innovations and Integrations 88 Technologies Inc. Additionally, All-in Synergy, Innovations and Integrations 88 Technologies Inc. will take appropriate action (such as suspending access), but you are responsible for any losses caused by these measures.

5. Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain unused for 1 year may be deleted, along with all associated data, after prior notification.

6. Account Cancellation

a. If account cancellation is offered, you must follow official guidelines and meet the stated conditions.

b. Upon cancellation, all game-related revenue and assets (e.g., account privileges, game progress, unused coins, virtual items, purchased services) will be cleared and cannot be recovered. You are solely responsible for any resulting losses.

V. Free-to-Play + Coin Economy Model

1. InBetween is free to download and play.

2. The Game operates on a virtual coin economy:

a.  Users may purchase coins with real money using Google Pay, Apple Pay or other online payment platform permitted by Game Stores.

b.  Coins are used to join games, unlock features, and enhance the experience.

c.  Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

d.  Making purchases may not be accessible when using a guest account.

2. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

VI. Gameplay Rules

1. Players participate in poker-inspired card games, including InBetween.

2. Rules of play are explained in tutorials and must be followed.

3. Fair play is required:

a.  No cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized software.

b.  No collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes.

4. The Game uses a randomized shuffle algorithm to ensure fairness.

VII. Social Interaction

1. InBetween emphasizes social play:

a.  Players may chat, send emoji reactions, and join social lobbies.

b.  Offensive, discriminatory, or abusive behavior is prohibited.

2. Violations may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

VIII. Virtual Rewards & Progression

1. Players earn coins, points, or achievements through gameplay.

2. Leaderboards track performance and progression.

3. Rewards are virtual only and cannot be converted into real-world currency.

IX. Privacy & Data Use

1. Authentication data from Facebook, Google, and Apple is used solely for login and account management.

2. Gameplay statistics may be collected to improve the Game.

X.  Security & Anti-Cheating

1. 1. 1. The Game includes server-side validation and monitoring to prevent cheating.

      2. Accounts found engaging in fraudulent activity may be banned without notice.

XI. Intellectual Property

1. Ownership of Rights  

All-in Synergy, Innovations and Integrations 88 Technologies Inc. retains all intellectual property rights in the Game, including patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets. This covers all aspects of the Game such as artwork, design, music, text, user interface, software, and related content. These rights are protected under applicable laws and international treaties.

2. Restrictions on Use  

Without prior written approval from All-in Synergy, Innovations and Integrations 88 Technologies Inc., you may not use the online Game for any purposes or distribute its content through any network or platform.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)  

If the Game provides a user generated content (UCG) platform where you can create or upload content, you agree to:

a.  Ensure your content is lawful and does not infringe on the rights of others.

b.  Follow all UGC rules set by All-in Synergy, Innovations and Integrations 88 Technologies Inc.

c.  Obtain written consent from All-in Synergy, Innovations and Integrations 88 Technologies Inc. before using Game content or any intellectual property for commercial purposes.

d.  Grant All-in Synergy, Innovations and Integrations 88 Technologies Inc. an irrevocable license to use your UGC in any form (including reproduction, modification, distribution, and communication), both commercially and non-commercially, inside and outside the Game.

e.  Display your generated content only on approved platforms and in ways permitted by  All-in Synergy, Innovations and Integrations 88 Technologies Inc., unauthorized distribution or commercialization is prohibited.

f.  Allow IAll-in Synergy, Innovations and Integrations 88 Technologies Inc. to take legal action to protect user generated content rights, including monitoring infringements and initiating proceedings.

g.  Waive any moral rights claims against All-in Synergy, Innovations and Integrations 88 Technologies Inc regarding the use of your UGC, though All-in Synergy, Innovations and Integrations 88 Technologies Inc. may credit you at its discretion.

4. Game Data  

All Game Data generated during your use of the Game belongs to All-in Synergy, Innovations and Integrations 88 Technologies Inc. This includes purchase records, virtual currency, game strategy and gameplay information. Data retention periods will follow applicable laws and regulations or be determined by All-in Synergy, Innovations and Integrations 88 Technologies Inc. where laws do not specify.

5. Third-Party Rights  

The Game may include intellectual property owned by third parties. If such rights come with specific requirements, IAll-in Synergy, Innovations and Integrations 88 Technologies Inc., will notify you, and you must comply with those conditions.

XII. Limitation of Liability

1. The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

2. All-in Synergy, Innovations and Integrations 88 Technologies Inc. are not responsible for:

a.  Service interruptions

b.  Loss of coins, progress, or achievements

c.  Unauthorized access due to your negligence

XIII. Termination

1. All-in Synergy, Innovations and Integrations 88 Technologies Inc. reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing use of the Game.

XIV.  Account Deletion

1. 1. 1. User Request  

You may request deletion of your InBetween account at any time. To do so, you must download the official Account Deletion Form and email the completed form to support@inbetween.ph using the same email address you used during registration.

2. Verification Process  

The Data Deletion Form serves to verify your identity and confirm your request. Only requests submitted with valid and matching registration details will be processed.

3. Processing Timeline  

Account deletion requests will be processed within 3–5 business days. You will be notified via email once the deletion has been completed.

4. Consequences of Deletion  

Once your account is deleted:

• All associated game data, including coins, achievements, progress, and virtual items, will be permanently erased.

• Any unused or unexpired value-added services will be cleared and cannot be recovered.

• Account deletion is irreversible, and you will not be able to restore your profile or data.

5. Data Retention & Compliance  

In accordance with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173):

• Purchase records of virtual currency may be retained for the legally required period.

• Other gameplay data will be deleted unless retention is mandated by law.

• The Company reserves the right to retain certain records strictly for compliance, auditing, or dispute resolution purposes.

XV.   Changes to Terms

1. 1. 1. All-in Synergy, Innovations and Integrations 88 Technologies Inc. may update these Terms periodically.

      2. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

XVI.  Governing Law

1. This agreement is signed in the Philippines.

2. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, with the exclusion of any conflicting legal principles.
